Our event space is the perfect setting for your next event. With a capacity of up to 250 guests, we offer a spacious and elegant venue that can be customized to suit your needs. There are 2 large BBQ pits included with 15 tables that seat 15 people each. Also, 3 Fire Tables that are powered by propane tanks.

We offer several amenities for the Jackson Pavilion, including: Running Water, Electricity, Bathroom Facilities, Covered Seating, Parking for up to 300 vehicles, Overflow Parking, Lighting, Horseshoe Pit, Volleyball, Basketball, Vendor Packages and more! There is a 7 acre field add-on available for tailgate or car show style events!

Our event space is conveniently located inside of the scenic waterfront Rockledge Park on the north side of Grapevine Lake. We offer a shuttle service if needed. Parking can accomodate up to 800 vehicles for large events. Our central location means that your guests will have plenty of options for hotels and only a short 7 minute drive to DFW Airport.

Add some music to your event and boost the excitement! There are many local DJ's nearby. Want to DJ yourself? No problem, we can rent a DJ event speaker and microphone for only $50. Ask about our Preferred Vendor List.

Add some ZOOM to your event and explore the park in style! Rent a Golf Cart for the day for $100. All carts must stay inside the park at all times and no off-road use. Golf Carts Rentals are electric and may be reserved in advance.

Need a ride from a nearby location? Our Trolley Shuttle is the way to go! We can pickup and deliver guests from within a 3 mile radius. There are several hotel options within this radius for your guests.

No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations. Raincheck Credits will be issued for another date.

Yes. However, the Rockledge Park is a glass-free park. No glass bottles are allowed.
Yes. There is a Vendor Permit Fee of $25 per vendor that must be paid prior to event start date.
The Jackson Pavilion is yours to use all-day during park operating hours. The park opening time is 8:00am until the closing time which is the daily sunset time. Additional time may be added for $100 per extra hour(s). Earliest would be 5:00am and latest would be midnight.
Yes. We have restored the original bathrooms and they are in working order.
We no longer offer parking passes.
All trash must be thrown away into the trash barrels located at the pavilion. Upon the end of your event, all trash bags must be thrown away into the large blue dumpsters located about 100 feet away. The Cleaning Fee is for the pre-cleaning of the pavilion and is a mandatory fee.
No. The park rules and regulations prohibit the use of any type of confetti, glitter, confetti eggs, color smoke bombs, or fake rose pedals. These items are harmful to the environment and can be challenging to pick up. If you are unsure of a celebratory item please ask a Park Attendant.
No. Unfortunately, this is deemed to be a very unsafe practice in parks.
Yes. However, each inflatable must be powered by a generator. The power supply at Jackson Pavilion cannot handle the load of the blowers required to operate the inflatable. We do not provide generators.
This may be permitted if there is an extenuating circumstance. Overall, yes. We want your event to be the best it can be, there may be restrictions due to park events and holidays. Raincheck Credits are available for change of date requests depending on how soon your event start date is. The pavilion is not able to be rented on major holidays.
As of right now, no. We are working on providing Wifi to the Jackson Pavilion.
