
The following items are strictly prohibited: confetti, confetti eggs, fake rose pedals, water balloons, open-flame candles, paper floating flame lanterns, chalk, and gender reveal color smoke bombs.
****The use of any of these items may result in expulsion from the event with no refund and potential additional fees incurred to your reservation. ****
All trash must be thrown away into trash barrels during the event. After event is over, all trash bags must be thrown away into the large blue dumpsters located about 100 ft away.
Rockledge Park, including the Jackson Pavilion is a glass-free park. No glass bottles are allowed. However, alcohol is allowed. Please drink responsibly and use plastic containers for your alcohol.
Each vendor conducting business, offering business services, or providing food to the Jackson Pavilion must have a permit filed. We file the permit for you, the cost is $25 per vendor and must be paid in advance before the event date. We need the vendor business Name and Contact Information to file the permit.
The Jackson Pavilion is available from 8:00am - Sunset. Additional hour(s) are available to extend your reservation if needed. Earliest time is 5am and the latest time is midnight.
The Cleaning Fee is $85 and is a PRE-CLEANING that is completed prior to your event date. The pavilion must be left in the same way as it was rented to you for your event. Additional cleaning fee will be applied to any large mess needed to be cleaned.
The bathrooms are equipped with hand soap, hand-dryers and toilet paper. Anything additional to this would be at your own cost.
Any event that is greater than 300 people will require a Special Event Permit. Please let us know in advance if your event will be close to this size to avoid any interruption of your event.
The Jackson Pavilion has a 7 acre field that can be utilized for large events looking for a place to setup bounce houses, obstacle courses, sporting events, guest parking, and concert style events. These is an additional fee to reserve this area. Please let us know what the intended use for this area would be prior to reserving if you will need this space for your event.
If you are planning an event and have the need to plug in appliances and/or heating equipment, please consult with the Rockledge Park staff as some equipment may require more power supply than what the pavilion can offer. A generator may be required in some instances.
